TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective date: [12/30/2025]

Welcome to https://mihaiforpa.com (the “Site”), the official campaign website for Mihai Todea (“Candidate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

  1. Use of the Site

The Site is for information about the Candidate and the campaign, for donations, volunteering, and related engagement. You must be at least 18 years old to use donation features.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

  2. Donations and Campaign Contributions

All donations are governed by federal and state campaign finance laws. Contributions are accepted only from U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents and are limited to $5,800 per individual per election cycle (or as required by applicable law). By making a donation, you certify that you are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and that the funds are your own personal funds and not from a corporation, labor organization, foreign national, or other prohibited source.

Donation processing is handled through Squarespace Commerce and the payment processor used by the Site. We send an emailed receipt after each donation. The receipt may be used for tax or compliance purposes only as permitted by law.

All donations are final. If you believe an error occurred, contact us. We reserve the right to refuse or refund any contribution that appears to violate campaign finance laws or these Terms.

  3. Volunteer Sign-ups, Forms, and User Content

By submitting volunteer forms, event RSVPs, or other content, you grant the campaign a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content for campaign purposes.

Do not submit private information about others without consent. We may remove submitted content that violates these Terms.

Except as expressly permitted below, no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without the campaign’s prior written permission.

Permitted media use: accredited news organizations and major media outlets (defined as organizations with professional editorial staff and average monthly unique readership/viewership of 500,000 or more, national broadcast networks, or established regional newspapers) may reproduce brief excerpts (no more than 300 words, one still image, or a video clip no longer than 15 seconds) solely for non‑commercial news reporting, provided that: (1) the use is clearly attributed to “Mihai Todea for Pennsylvania” with a hyperlink to https://mihaiforpa.com where feasible; (2) the media organization notifies the campaign at legal@mihaiforpa.com within 48 hours of publication and provides a link to the published item; and (3) the excerpt is not edited or used in a misleading context. All other uses — including commercial reuse, republication in whole, syndication, embedding for promotional use, or redistribution — require the campaign’s prior written permission. The campaign reserves all rights and may revoke any permission at any time.
